SHIPPING – AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Customers in Australia and New Zealand allow 1 business day for processing your order. Orders placed after 1PM will ship the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email and an email with tracking info when your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping is $12.50 via Australia Post who will deliver within 3-10 days depending on your location.

Express Shipping is $22.50 via Australia Post, who aim to deliver between 1 to 2 days from date of shipping in Australia and 2-4 days in New Zealand depending on the location.

Please note, we have no control over Australia Post delivery times. At times Australia Post may experience disruption and this will affect delivery times.

COLOUR MATCH GUARANTEE

We have a FREE colour exchange on our Scar & Wrinkle Concealer Kit / Single Applicator for 1st time customers! Just email us at contact@dermaflage.com.au and let us know if you need to go a shade lighter or darker.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free colour exchange for international customers because of the shipping expense.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to first time customer purchases made on dermaflage.com.au when purchasing a Scar and Wrinkle Filler Kit or Scar and Wrinkle Filler Single Applicator. The refund will only apply to the Kit or Applicator ordered and will not be applied on multiple items or where multiple colours have been ordered. We do not refund the shipping cost. If you choose to purchase using Afterpay, we will also deduct the Afterpay transaction fee from your refund.

All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
–  Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
–  Items purchased as part of a set or in a bundle must be returned as a whole set.
–  This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
–  For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Dermaflage Australia Pty Ltd.
