Shipping

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of order.  

For customers in Australia, we offer $10.00 Standard Delivery within 2-7 business days and $20 for 2nd Business Day Delivery.  Any orders placed after 1:00 pm AEST time will processed the following day.  Any orders placed over the weekend will processed the following Monday. Shipments will be delivered by Australia Post. Your tracking number can be emailed to you at the time of shipment and you can track the package yourself by clicking on the link in the email. 

International Orders

We offer international shipping to New Zealand and Pacific Island countries via UPS. Pricing will be determined based on each order volume. Allow 7 days for delivery.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment so you will know exactly when the package will arrive.  Recipient is responsible for any duty or tax charged by the destination country.

Color Match Guarantee

We have a FREE colour exchange for 1st time customers! Just email us at contact@dermaflage.com.au and let us know if you need to go a shade lighter or darker.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free color exchange for international customers because of the shipping expense. However, if you email us at contact@dermaflage.com.au we’ll send you a 50% off discount code for a single applicator.

Return Policy

We offer a money back guarantee for first time Australian customers who order a starter kit. If you are not happy with the results, make sure to visit the Help Library to learn how other consumers have made Dermaflage work for them.

If you still would like to return the product, you must complete this form for a Return Authorization Code and ship back to us within 30 days of order.

Write the Return Authorization Code on your original invoice and send back the unused portion in its original packaging. Returns can take up to one week to process. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue credit to the card you used to purchase the product and you will receive an email confirmation. Allow 10 days for the credit to show up on your card. We cannot refund any orders without the Return Authorization Code and we cannot refund the shipping cost.
